the 4 year old boy started beating on my 1 year old son with no staff in the room, they stated it was because of a shift change. So they moved a boy that is over 60 pounds and playing in the open play area to the tiny tots ( tiny tots is 2 years and under ) were my son was playing and left them unattended. there was also another family that had there kids in there at the same time and there kids were also hit by this boy our 9 year old boy also informed us that the boy had hit him with a controller and pushed him off the chair. we asked our daughter did you tell the staff what happened, she said yes so they put the boy in the tiny tots room. when we walked up to the counter one of the staff members infromed us that our 1 year old had been crying so we told the staff member we would check him out, she went back to the tiny tots room and was in there for over 15 min as we are wondering whats taking so long our 6 year old daughter told us that a boy had picked up a metal chair and hit her in the head. we went to have dinner and and decided to go back and check on our kids.
we checked in our 4 kids, 9, 8, 6, and 1 year old.
Stay away from kids quest, you are putting your children in harms way.
